Flat steel bars

Small fabrication project. Need someone who has a milling or CNC machine. I need 8 small flat steel bars made from 5mm thick sheet metal. The bars need to be 8.25mm wide x 4.5mm thick x 150mm long. Each bar needs a 5mm hole drilled and tapped at one end and 2 x 5mm tapped holes at the other end. The holes needs to be dead center. The bars fit into an extruded aluminium channel, the machine they fit into will be provided so the bars can be checked for a tight press fit. I have one prototype made as a reference, see photo.
