Welding a broken attic ladder

A number of years ago we purchased and installed some metal attic stairs. Unfortunately, the welding has broken off the lower portion of the ladder. The company no longer sell metal stairs and have suggested we get it rewelded on. If someone knew if this were actually possible and was able to do it we would love to fix it. Photos are attached. Otherwise we will replace :)

Steel stairs cut down and cap

We have a leopard 51 power cat we’ve had a pre sale survey done. The surveyor found some voids in the glass on both sterns and which will need grinding and filling (below the water line) the glass on the stern also need some reinforcing on the inside as it’s a bit thinner than it should be in places. There’s some hairline cracks on the hull bulkhead hull joints I’d think this is minor and could be done in the water. The boat can be get lifted at east Tamaki. as we’re to wide for the others...

Aluminium fabrication

I need 4 shapes fabricated from aluminium by Monday 10th June. The base on all 4 is identical. the triangle shape is also the same on all 4. The only difference in each shape is the height. The drawing specifies 8mm thick, but between 8 and 12 is fine, if that is what you have in stock.

Gate Job

Hi, We need some large lugs welded on a post that locks our gate. We have been burgled twice due to the fact the we cant get a thick chain around the post. The thief keeps cutting the bike chain we have at the moment to get in. This way we can get a thicker chain and padlock to deter the thieves from coming back.

Fabricate and fit a new balcony rail

A floating deck has been laid over the top of new waterproofing on my balcony, and because of this the handrail is now only 900mm high instead of 1000. The solution proposed is to fabricate and fit an identical rail over the old one so the height will be 1000mm. I need the rail to be fabricated and fitted.
