cutting copper plate

I have a piece of copper plate 0.7mm thick I want to be cut down it size. Two straight cuts (preferably with a guillotine to ensure the cuts are straight and clean (not ragged)) to match a cardboard template I have. Sizes are approximately 300mm by 460mm. Cut copper plate needs to fit inside something hence the reason for a template as the copper may not end up with truly rectangular, part the copper fits into may not have square corners. I can meet someone working in their workshop in the evening or weekends but work during the working week so not able to able to visit during the day. I expect this to be a very low cost job.
