Watertight computer enclosure / box

i want to place a server rack outdoors. it obviously needs waterproofing. so i'm planning an enclosure for it. it'll basically be a metal box with openings on either end for maintenance. with lips tightened with bolts and a rubber gasket in-between. some holes on the sides for exhaust. i have some initial drawings and thoughts. can upload the drawing shortly.
