Extend the length of a SHS steel post

I have a 5mm --- SHS glav post which is used to secure a shade sail. I need to raise the height of the sail and therefore the post needs be extended. Need tradesperson who can site weld on an extra section approx 500mm long which I will supply. The post is anchored by concrete so cannot be taken off site for welding.
