Stair frame replacement

Metal frame for external stairway is showing its age and some sections need replacing. Ideally, we'd like some one to look at cutting out and replacing the worst section(s) in situ. Alternatively, quoting on a full replacement of the entire stairs and raised deck. The deck feeds three houses and is approximately 7m long x 1.2m wide. The worst section is one end beam. We are also looking to redeck a small the frame, we have someone lined up for that but would accept a quote for the entire job. Ideally, we'd meet on site to discuss before any quotes so you can get a good understanding of the job requirements.
