Custom copper potstill

I'm looking for a welder that can build a custom made copper pot still for distillation of alcohol. The potstill consists of a boiler (main tank), swan neck through which the vapours travel and a condensing coil, where the vapours condense into liquid again. All needs to be made from 100% copper. The condensing coil rests in a tank that is filled with water to cool the coil, this tank can be made from other metals like stainless steel. The boiler will need two heating elements installed at the bottom, as well as a dump valve and a opening at the top through which the potstill is loaded with the raw materials. The potstill will need to raised off the ground on stainless steel legs. The top part of the boiler will need a viewing window installed. See attached pictures for reference.
