Reinforce 60s swivel dining chairs

Kia ora, I have 4 swivel dining chairs from arpund the 60s or 70s. They're getting quite weak at the base where the legs amd swivel are. Would like someone to be able to take the chairs and reinforce them. They have been welded before, I think the seams just get weak over time. Thanks so much!
