Fix/replace mailbox

A truck came down the drive and lopped off the upper part of our mailbox. It probably needs to be welded. I don't think glue will work, but not sure. May need to be replaced. If so, the old one would need to be removed and the new one established via a concrete base. Please see attached pictures.
