Fabricate simple incline conveyor for factory

We need a tech savy mechanical / electrical person to fabricate an incline conveyor to move products from ground level to 2.8 to 3.0 meter high hopper. Please see examples in picture, especially the green one. The conveyor could be narrower than the ones shown as long as output is around 2,8 meter higher than floor level. The frame itself is of simple aluminium construction and there is a variable speed motor controlling the belt movement. Belt should have 50mm high cleats.
