Range hood decorative chimney/flu extension manufacture and install

I can't get the right height of the decorative chimney/flu extension for my range hood, so need to get one made based on the shorter one that came with the range hood. It is very thin stainless steel and needs to be cut at the angle at the ceiling end since it is a skillion ceiling. I was told that metal/engineering shop can do this.
