Straighten buckles in open top double skinned 1000L stainless steel tank

HI - Photos attached of this one. This is a double skinned 1000L tank which has bucked inwards at several points. If you have experience in stainless tanks or unbuckling these gernerally please let me know. We believe the outer wall could be unbuckled with pressure once the inner wall is supported. THANKS!
