Creating a steel frame for a hanging plant wall

We have an existing plant wall in our office and are looking to make a second one. In our existing one, the plants hang from steel beams that hang from the ceiling. For our new one, we don't have the right access to the concrete beams in the ceiling, so it will need to be a steel frame. I can source the wood etc, although it would be great if someone can do the full job. Pictures and sketch attached of what we are looking for.
