Repaint; exterior rust removal; bolt replacement large complex

$ --- + job. - The steel beams running along the pathways of the porch; and the steel pillars on the pathway, are rusted, for this, the rust needs to be cleared with either a steal brush or grinded down, rust guard applied, and repainted with a couple of good coats of paint to seal it. - The bolts attaching the wooden bannisters to the steal pillars, where rusted at all, needs to be completely replaced by galvanised bolts high quality. - The steel pillars, where rusted, need to be brushed down, repainted as with the steal beams. - The steel plates, between the wooden bannisters and the pillars, need to be totally replaced with hot dip galvanised plates - Lastly the exterior complex needs to be repainted and touched up, the pathway strip painted with non-slip paint, the railings painted to the same colour.
