Earth 🤐/ soil removal

I’ve dug up approx 8-10m3 of soil. Mostly clay but a mix of stones in there too. I need it removed. As you’ll see in the photo there’s other waste present but I’m happy to remove that myself if it’s not something you want to do.

Digging a hole

Landslip debris removal.

Minor Landslide clean up

During the storm in Wellington. last week, we had a minor landslide in our backyard. I’ve hired a mini skip already and started the clean up. I’m working this week and am not going to get to finish. There is probably another 4-5 hours of work to do, just shovelling and wheeling the wheelbarrow out to the skip. Willing to pay $30 an hour.

Remove layer of dirt under subfloor

We have had floor taken up in downstairs bedrooms. The dirt needs to be dug down enough for good airflow. It will also be removed. It needs to be done safely and while containing/protecting the rest of the family home. We have insulation being installed this Wednesday.

Ripiling work beneath the house

Due to the need to strengthen the foundation, we need a repiler to assess whether the proposed work is feasible based on the geotechnical and structural plans. The house is a small pre-1900 dwelling, so the scope of work shouldn’t be extensive, and I would prefer to retain its original character as much as possible.

Being quite new to this lifestyle we were not prepared for the rapid regrowth. Help needed -remove top soil from a flat lawn in prep for a pavement

Weekend work: I require a person to dig and remove topsoil for a 1 metre by approx 8 metres, 100mm deep for a pavement. It is a flat surface and has lawn grass on it at the moment. All tools and a wheelbarrow will be provided. Less than a couple of hours' work, but happy to pay for 3 hours to make it worthwhile. I shall later put in a wooden form etc for concrete laying later.
