Clear a mini slip by hand #2

Our neighbour’s little hill has slipped a bit and dumped some soil into the area at the side of our house. The soil is now up against our weatherboards. I need it removed. There is a very large flower bed near the slip. It is covered by weed mat and bark. If you rake off the bark and peel back the weedmat and spread the soil and debris in there, before replacing weedmat and bark, this should help avoid having to remove the soil off site.
