We have four flushmounted lights in our bathroom. We would like to replace these fixtures with Philips Hue equivalents which we already have. However, 2 years ago we added an extractor fan which was wired into the lights so that when they are on, it is on. Smart lights require that the switch be on all the time, which would mean the fan would be running constantly. To avoid this, we'd like the fan taken off the light circut and have a socket installed inside the ceiling on that circut. Then the fan could be plugged into that through a smart switch and it could be controlled through that. (A plug would need to be added to the fan's wiring to make this possible.)
