Installation extractor fan and Towel Heater in Bathroom

I'm looking for someone who could install an exhaust fan and a towel heater rail in the bathroom. There are 3 things I'd like to quote for: 1) The bathroom has a separate toilet, which already has an exhaust fan. I just want to add exhaust to the bathroom. Picture attached for the ceiling. 2) The bathroom was previously installed with towel heated rack but was replaced with a non-heated rack because the outlet for the heated rack was covered with a cabinet. Picture attached. 3) If we plan to replace the fan with a quieter one how much does it cost?
