Power point / socket connections

Hello sparkies, currently renovating a room and needing 2 new power points connected. Gib is already removed which hopefully makes life easier for you. There are live power wires on an adjacent wall (refer to photos) and discovered a random wire which I have no idea is for power or lights 🤷🏾‍♂️ Unsure what the process would be but ideally want 2 power outlets on the right wall of first pic & one more on the insulated wall.
