Cooktop installation

Hi there, I have an old Whirlpool ceramic cooktop which I would like to be replaced with Vogue. One element was faulty and I replaced it with a new one recently, since then, sometimes due to the extreme heat of this newly replaced element it turns off suddenly. All other elements work perfectly fine. Therefore, I am looking for installation of the Vogue along with a certificate of installation by a certified technician as it may be required for insurance/warranty. I appreciate that if you could take out the whirlpool as one. I already have purchased the vouge one as shown in the photos. I am looking for a quote for the installation of the new one and the removal of the whirlpool. I have attached some photos of the wiring of the old one and the Vogue I have bought.
