Two jobs: 1) installing a small heated towel rail in a bathroom (either on tiled wall at end of bath (if possible) or on wall by vanity). Switch for bathroom light, fan etc is near tiled wall at end of bath. 2) Repairing wall sockets that don't work (at least two...one is dead as a dodo, the other works but seems to make plugs very hot).
