Very friendly and professional guy...sang a lot (which we enjoyed). Had lots of good advice. While doing the installation, he found he could do it more neatly than previously thought and did this, despite it taking more time, and his original quote didn't change. Have already recommended James to a neighbour and will certainly use him again myself. Very happy.
