Network Wiring

I'm installing a custom CCTV system using 4 outdoor IP Cameras in 4 corners of the house. As part of this, I'm also installing a new wired computer network to hold the cameras along with other computers that are on site. This job will involve running a bunch of CAT6 UTP cables through the house to a central location, along with an additional power cable and phone cable. Because we're not 100% clear on where we want the cameras or on the difficulty of running some of the cables, I'd prefer to price this job through time & materials with good communication on pricing (as opposed to a fixed quote). Thanks!
