TV Wall Mounting and Installation

We have moved into a new build house and are wanting to mount our TV to the wall. We are after the flexibility to swivel this on the wall so are looking at a cantilever type bracket. The TV is a 49 inch, VESA mount = 300 by 300. We may want to upgrade to a larger TV in future up to 60 inch so would like the flexibility of universal VESA mounting. We will also need a new AC outlet, same height as the TV, with an electrical code of compliance issued for the work. If this cannot be done, I can have this done separately. Currently after cost estimates. Bracket can be provided separately if required.
