We are looking for energy management, security & access control, distributed audio/video and connectivity for our new build in Auckland. We do not want to pay the premium for flash iPads or branded software controllers when we know that a visit to PBTech will get us products that will do exactly the same thing for a fraction of the price! Energy Automation - automated lighting throughout the house with a mix of simple on/off and dimmed. Control and cabling automated window treatments in the living and bed-rooms. Security & Access - recessed reed switches on main doors and windows, access control for front door and side gate, smoke and heat detectors, 4 zone CCTV system Audio/Video - distributed to 4 zones. 1 x home theatre zone Connectivity - 2 x wifi access points, 2 way wireless controllers, 16 port Network switch and patch panel House construction to start second week of January 2017
