Computer Networking for Home

I need computer cabling (discreet through wall cavity, underfloor or ceiling) and available ports in all rooms. I have a 4 bedroom house with one large open space that constitute two living spaces and a dining/kitchen. It's a single level house in Westgate, Massey with underfloor access. FYI my Internet connection is through Vodafone and it is fiber. I want some sort of a home network (with may be a 8 or 16 port switch) set up and want the ability to connect computers and other devices to the Internet through Ethernet port and not rely on wireless. I would still need one wireless access point for portable devices (and happy to keep the existing vodafone one). I also want to make sure that I can share files among devices and have a network printer (my printer is now connected to the PC via wireless).
