Electrical problem

I had two stoves installed three months ago. The first was to a self contained unit (fully compliant). The person who installed it said the sub board in the unit may not handle the stove (30Amps) and may need a bigger wire to the main board in the main house. YES it does at it keeps blowing the main house fuse. Its about 15-20m from sub board to main board. The second stoves' oven (light, grill and main element) is not working. I suspect its a wiring issue with the stove. Can you please contact me if you can sort both.
