My whirlpool microwave, which is built-in, doesn't work very well. It doesn't heat as well as it should, and after it has been running for a while, it will stop heating. It seems like letting it rest for a bit will help. I tried to see how to remove it from the cabinet, but couldn't figure out how. So I do need someone to come to me - I can't bring it to you. It's part of a set and matches the oven, so I'm rather keen on getting it repaired, rather than simply replacing it.
