Install pendant lights and replace fan heaters

I have 3 electrical jobs the I need doing. 1. Replace the Serene fan heaters in the bathrooms with a more reputable brand of heater. We have one in each bathroom that are wall mounted and switched from the wall. Both should be a straight swap. 2. Alexa show swivel wall mount install in kitchen onto drywall

Alexa Echo show 15.6 swivel wall mount install in kitchen onto drywall. I think its a drywall. I tried twice but the screw keeps coming out. There is a plug ready so no electrical wiring needed. Bonus if you can fix the 4 holes i have made already.
