Re-install heated towel rail

Relatively new towel rail has completely fallen off the tiled wall. I wonder if the screws were too short i.e designed for gib, not tiled walls? Anyway, it happened without any force, I simply lifted a towel off the rail and the whole thing came away. Keen to get sorted over long weekend if possible Happy to pay folding.
