After the storm last weekend, Vector had turned off the power to our hot water cylinder. They sent a crew to do fix it on Friday --- , but they did not access our property. I believe they had only fixed the network pilot line. We have called again and were told that the issue could not have been fixed without them accessing our property. But Vector could not prioritise our job and their crew have not been showing up despite multiple timeframes promised. If the issue is the service pilot line or relay, is this something we need Vector to sort out or can an electrician do it for us? I have attached some photos of our cylinder, but I believe the cylinder itself is still working fine.
