Removing old ceramic cooktop and installing new

I have already purchased a replacement cooktop, in terms of the size it’s almost exactly the same as the current (maybe 1cm or so larger). Was hoping to have someone come to remove the old one and replace with this new one, possibly including cutting of the bench if needed (bench is wood)
