Bathroom wall fan to be installed

We would like a wall fan to be installed in one bathroom downstairs, as the bathroom does not have a ceiling cavity for the fan ducting. You must own a concrete cutter tool to cut a hole through the blocks below the ceiling height. If you don't own a specific cutting tool, please don't respond.
