kitchen renovation + others

im installing a new kitchen now and need someone to finish up the electrical and plumbing side of it. the rangehood is in place, just needs to be completed. all the wires are there, just need to connect them up and put some wall switches. the same with the plumbing side, everything is there. the job will need to be certified for my insurance purposes. also, putting some inwall speakers in the living room, i need the wires run inside the wall (hidden). the same with the tv, need some av wires run inside the wall behind the tv which hangs on the wall. also need to install a projector and screen on the ceiling in the same place (living room), thus needing an hdmi cable run through the ceiling as well as power for the proj. screen. the house is an old 60ish brick and tile style, with gib-board wall (on painted wall paper). there are plenty of room inside the ceiling as well as under the house. i need someone that can do a tidy job with reasonable rate and always on-time to do the job. ideally, i prefer someone that can do the lot for me rather than having multiple tradesmen from different companies (as it will be very hard to organise). let me know what you can offer.
