We're wanting to replace 3 existing led oyster bedroom lights, and a pendant light over a stairwell. We already have the lights. One bedroom light requires a dimmer switch.

The job included installing a simple dimmer switch, which he provided. The dimmer dial broke very quickly, and we replaced it with the spare, but that also broke in the same place. He said it was under warrranty, and he would replace it, but he would charge us his labour, which we objected to. He then accused us of breaking it ourselves. He would not admit it could be an install issue. He then closed all further comms with us, and left us to try to resolve ourselves. Worst ever experience.
