Extractor fan replacement/fix/check?

Kia ora, I don't think the extractor fan is working. It may need to be replaced. We need someone to check if it can be fixed or buy and install another one. The roof was sagging and we think it was due to the extractor fan. We fixed the roof but need to check the fan.
