Add new powerpoint to wall

Wanting to add a new powerpoint to the garage wall. The breaker board is on the wall where the socket is to go. Can either add a new breaker or add to existing circuit. No trunking to be installed for cable, should be fished on the inside. Should be a straightforward quick job.
