Install socket outlet in bathroom for renovation

I'm going to renovate my bathroom and need a socket to be installed by the vanity (for using shaver and water flosser, etc). My builder will remove the wall to put in more studs so you can easily access the wires. You just need to do the wiring and connecting at designated spot. In the first photo show the circle area next to the mirror is the place I want the socket to be. The second photo shows the area of the switchboard (which is RCD) right near the bathroom.

Light and power socket

Lights in downstairs room flicker when turning on then either stops after about 30 seconds Secondly I want to get a power point installed in upstairs hallway and want to know if possible to do this I want to also upgrade the power socket in the bathroom for a electric shaver and hair straightner as it keeps tripping out when its been in to long

Switchboard Upgrade + Potential New Garage Board

Looking at modernizing our late 1980's internal switchboard. (Internal and external photos for reference. External seems fairly recent). We may be moving the HWC in the future, and from what I understand this may need to be upgraded in order to run new lines. Install a plug for new dishwasher and repair or remove external light.

I have recently had a dishwasher installed, but with a new bench top soon to be installed it will no longer be able to access to socket above the bench, and so I am looking at getting a socket installed behind the dishwasher for it. At the same time, I would also like the external light to be looked at and if it is able to be repaired then that would be great but if it is too damaged then I would look at having it removed instead.

Kitchen electricity

sockets not working in the kitchen. It keeps tripping the switch. Can not determine which switch (or appliance) may be doing this. This house was built in the 1960's so there is old wiring in the house. I have attached the photo of the electrical box and i am pointed to the switch that keeps turning off. There are 5 sockets in the kitchen. The lights in the kitchen work, as well as the oven. No other power has been affected throughout the house.
