Fibre Optic Modem needs moving about 15-20 metres

My tenants had Chorus install a fibre optic modem. But it got installed in the nearest room - high up on the laundry wall. I'd like to get it moved to the lounge area and mounted near the base of the wall. This is about 15-20 metres from the access point on the outside wall.
