We are looking for change a laundry into an office. The washing machine/tub pipes are in the wall and need to be brought into the garage which is the opposite side of the wall to the current laundry. We will also need a power point put into the garage( again the electricals are in the wall. The house is relatively new,2010 and the builder doing the home report said it was not a big job.
