New interior house lights

Our home has 22 of the LED lights pictured, all installed in 2017 (to our knowledge). A handful of them have started to die and I don’t know how to replace them. Each is individually wired into the wee boxes pictured, so I’m not sure how to replace them. Looking for a cost to replace the lights individually and a cost to replace all 22 given I assume others will start to fail as well. Cheers
