Replace 2 extractor fans in the roof

We have 2 extractor fans which need replacing, Weiss FV06 inline fans located in our roof. 1. Is the toilet in the middle of the house which stopped turning on about 2 years ago, this is on a delay timer also. 2. Is the one in the garage/laundry, it still works but makes a scraping noise when turning on. It is on 24/7 for the past 8 years so it will probably be completely full of dust, but probably best to just replace it since its used so heavily.

Garage door fuse, living room lighting wiring, and kitchen island outlet fix

1. Garage door box blew and now it won't work. Also the washing machine and the dryer won't turn on either. However, the router and freezer in the garage are still working. 2. The outlet under the kitchen island no longer works. The dish washer and insinkerator still work as we have just been running an extension cord to use it. 3. The lights in our living room are not working. They have progressively stopped working one after the next where only two of them currently work now.
