New light sensor & heat transfer unit replacement

Two parts to this job: 1. We want to convert our front porch downlight to a sensor light. Open to suggestions on how best to achieve this - new light or fitting a sensor to existing. See photos. 2. We need to replace our existing hard wired heat exchanger fan unit with a new one. We have the unit, just need it installed. See photos.
