Enable fibre optic cable repair

I am re-routing the cable from the street to house. I need to thread it behind some climbing vines to attach to a block wall, and there is also around 2m of spare slack in the cable. So, I need it cut and reconnected, or disconnected from the ONT, shortened and reconnected. I work from home, so need a reliable repair. I also ideally need it done this weekend, I can re-route it whilst you fix the cable
