LED light blinking 3x and bathroom switch replacement

Hi there, 1: One of the LED lights in our living room is flashing three times/ all other three lights on same circuit working fine( not sure if it needs replacing or if it’s a loose connection) 2: The light/ heat lamp in our bathroom will only turn on if you hold the switch in a certain position ( brand new heating lamp/ light unit installed last year) suspect it’s the switch unit itself that needs replacing Thanks Michelle
