Installing domestic network cabling and junction point

We need to put an WIFI access point in another part of the house and run a network cable to it. Our fibre connects into our office which is in the concrete block section of the house. This is where the router is. I'd like an ethernet face plate installed in this office and network cable run from it to the other end of the house. Probably follow the same access the fibre comes in to the outside, up and in through the wall with the water pipes. See pic. Obviously open to other ideas. I do want a reasonably tidy job done hence not attempting it myself. Inside the cable just needs to be terminated with an ethernet plug in the roof cavity as it is PoE and will just need to sit in the roof cavity servicing the rooms below. I have another possible add on (not part of this job but can discuss on the day) to run a cable in the other direction to the garage from the same office for a PoE camera.
