Install new double plug socket in laundry area

Install a new double plug socket under the bench in the laundry behind the washing machine. The walls have no dwangs and there is an existing plug above the bench and on the other side of the wall opposite to where I'd like the new one installed. Will require some cable and the wall socket. Will need electrical sign-off for insurance purposes.
