Kitchen has 2 light switches, one on each entrance. each has 3 downlight. Wanting to reconfigure the 3 that are on each switch. Not a big job, just needs repositioning leads to the new positions

"Minimum 1hr charge details clearly listed in business details, client is an accountant who I guess expects the job to be charged in 15 minute increments with no minimum. Job was not quoted however cost $146.11 including Gst, clients email was misplaced but they didn't chase an account."
