Move switchboard

We are doing renos and knocking a wall out, the switchboard is on that wall so we need it moved. The house is old but we had to get all the old conduit wiring replaced for insurance before we bought it. The lines to the house are overhead and metering is on the switchboard. The electrician who did the rewiring said this " We replaced the trs and the mains so should all be tps I think should be all ok install new switchboard". We would be interested in quotes please.
