EQ damaged house that we are going to have to move into while another house is bieng repaired. Advise what is need to comply or advise if it is or not. Assist or comply if reasonable( provide the certificate) and possible check out heat pump to see if repair is possible / cost affective. Below is pic of back wall that need relining and external coverage for compliance but better to get inspection before work is started so that it is done correctly

Dave was friendily.confirmed what was required and completed the work quickly, and re ajusted when confirmed that part of the job was not required, and ajusted accordingly
